Locally in Montreal, 123Proto.com has revolutionized the
production of hard-copy jewelry
model fabrication from computer aided designs (CAD)
by initially buying the most advanced prototyping
equipment, installing and operating it out of "garage
facilities". The high volume and the capability of
producing intricate details in a fraction of time conventional
equipment would take has allowed 123Proto.com to become
the price-point setter in the local industry.
123Proto.com has moved to new offices and workshops and
is now in a position to provide it's established clientele
hard-copy models not only in resins but in all commonly
used materials such as wax and metal and has equipping
itself accordingly. The new facility in the jewelry
district of Montreal is fully staffed and operating.
All machines utilized by 123Proto are the result of personal
visits that were undertaken to leading edge manufacturers
of model making equipment in Germany, Switzerland and
the USA to assure that only the most advanced equipment
was put into this most advanced production line. We have
achieved this and the investment in searching and only
installing the best is now bearing fruits.
Our one-stop service bureau provides the jewelry
industry with CAD/CAM services such as 3d jewelry
model design, rapid prototyping and milling of hard copy
models. Our departments also use latst laser-technology
such as laser welding and laser engraving, the finist
polishing
equipment utilizing finest finishing materials and methods.
We pride ourselves taht we excel at finishing of jewelry
pieces.
